Warm pasta salad with tomato vinaigrette

Servings: 2 as a starter
- 4 oz pasta shapes
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 shallot
- some black olives (essential)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- dash of wine vinegar
- 1 packet/bunch of fresh basil
- Chop up all the choppable ingredients and put them in a bowl with the olive oil and vinegar.
- Cook the pasta, drain and cool it slightly, and stir in the vinaigrette.
